Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Our vouchers have no value and are not redeemable for cash.

No replacements will be given for vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

Only one voucher can be used per transaction and is not valid with other promotions or offers.

The voucher is non-transferable and resale is prohibited - voucher will become invalid.

This voucher is only redeemable against our own products (excludes Henny grooming products).

The voucher must be posted to us and your discount code to place your order on our website ( will be emailed to you.

If the full value of the voucher is more than the total of your order the remaining balance will be lost - eg £100 voucher used on an order totalling £95 - the remaining £5 will not be redeemable.

Our vouchers must be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment of products/services (exclusions apply).  

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Gift Vouchers.

All vouchers are dated and much be used by their expiry date printed, no exceptions will be made.

Please note that our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using Discount/Gift Voucher and the Website terms of use for using our site also apply.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the discount/gift voucher scheme at any time.

Where multiple vouchers/orders are placed by one person the item(s) will be combined for postage regardless of delivery & packaging fees paid with no refunds given.

Our usual returns policy applies, customer is to pay returns postage.

Vouchers/discounts do not apply to postage and packaging costs. Should this go through in the website in error the cost of p&p will be invoiced and expected to be paid before progressing with your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

How it works:

You will receive an invoice via PayPal for goods/services.

You do not need a PayPal account to order, you can use your all major cards via PayPal.

Please include in your email what you'd like to order and your address, this will give us a good idea of size/weight of the parcel to run a shipping quote with out courier.

ALL shipping is tracked, insured to full value and recorded delivery.

Please note: some email servers send our emails to your junk mail box, if you're waiting to hear from us we could be such in your spam folder!
