International Orders

How it works

To place a custom order, email hannah@trophytails.co.uk with the following information:

- Shipping address
- Product(s) you'd like to order (including quantity, colour, and size for each)

Shipping

We offer a reliable international shipping service with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days. Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances. All international shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Shipping Costs:

Micro Parcel: £17 (suitable for up to 2 tail bags or items up to £50 in value)
Small Parcel: £35 (suitable for up to 3 sets of lycra socks, 2 pairs of feather boots, a tail bag, and a set of 6 mane bags, or items up to £250 in value)
Large Orders: Due to the varying nature of international shipping costs based on weight, size, and destination, we recommend contacting us for a precise quote. Large orders may require multiple parcels.

Important: Please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.

Dispatch times

Please allow 6-8 weeks for order dispatch, as all items are custom-made. Due to high demand, especially around peak times, delays may occur. Large orders, including multiple custom-made items, might require additional processing time.

We understand the excitement of receiving your order, and while we aim to meet our estimated dispatch times, we appreciate your patience.

You're welcome to add items to your order at any time; however, please note that we cannot combine orders from different customers into a single package.
