How it works

To place a custom order, email hannah@trophytails.co.uk with the following information:

- Shipping address
- Product(s) you'd like to order (including quantity, colour, and size for each)

UK Shipping:

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
Next Day Delivery: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next day by 1pm

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur. All our shipping services are trackable and insured for your peace of mind.

Shipping Costs:

Micro Parcels: £4.99 (e.g., 3 sets of lycra socks or 2 pairs of feather boots, a tail bag, and a set of 6 mane bags, or up to £250 in value)
Small Parcels: £6.99
Large Orders: Start from £9.99 (may require multiple parcels)

International Shipping:

For international shipping quotes, please contact us directly.

Important: Please ensure you provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order.

Dispatch times

Please allow 6-8 weeks for order dispatch, as all items are custom-made. Due to high demand, especially around peak times, delays may occur. Large orders, including multiple custom-made items, might require additional processing time.

We understand the excitement of receiving your order, and while we aim to meet our estimated dispatch times, we appreciate your patience.

You're welcome to add items to your order at any time; however, please note that we cannot combine orders from different customers into a single package.
